Dr. Adam Richards

Dr Adam Richards is an independent advisor specialising in impact management, social value, and sustainability. He has been actively involved in advancing the practice of impact management, supporting organisations across the public, private, and social sectors to strengthen the way impact informs strategy, governance, and decision-making.

Adam has contributed to the development, implementation, and application of internationally recognised frameworks and standards, including the Principles of Social Value, Social Return on Investment (SROI), the UNDP SDG Impact Standards, and ISO/UNDP 53001. He was the UNDP representative in the development of ISO/UNDP 53001.

He is the founder of Integrating Impacts, an independent practice supporting organisations to embed impact into strategy, governance, and decision-making through internationally recognised standards and practical management approaches.
